I was offered a room with nice views of the beach. The location was magnificent and marvellous, so close to museum, the seafront and the sea front by the pier. I had coffee at World Museum's Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is lovely old and upgraded, has extremely friendly staff with great service. As for me location is fantastic and fab, near to the seafront near to the pier, beach and Brighton is known for. There's cool Artbox Cafe not very far from the property, make desserts etc. The room is airy, comes with a great view of the pier as well as very comfortable beds.

I've booked double room and everything was perfect. The bathroom was tidy and it had a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets for my convenience. The property was in a MARVELLOUS location, on the sea front. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bison Beer Crafthouse.
